We typically process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two convenient shipping methods to serve you better:

- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping (Orders $50+):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Please Note: We currently ship worldwide, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote regions. International shipments may be subject to customs fees which are the customer’s responsibility.
Our Return Promise
We stand behind the quality of our leggings, swimwear, and lifestyle essentials. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to help with returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.
Important Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in original packaging
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

For hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale unless defective:

Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return
Securely package your item(s) with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package. Ship to:

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days after arrival):
- Refunds: Will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days
- Exchanges: Your new item will ship within 1-2 business days

- Your refund will include the item price minus any original shipping costs
- Refunds typically appear in your account within:
- Credit Cards: 3-5 business days after processing
- PayPal: Immediately after processing
- International returns may be subject to customs fees which are non-refundable
Exchange Options
Prefer a different size or style? We offer exchanges for most items (excluding final sale products). Simply indicate your preference in your return request email.
- If the exchange item has a different price:
- You’ll be refunded the difference for lower-priced items
- You’ll need to pay the difference for higher-priced items
