Our Return Promise
We stand behind the quality of our leggings, swimwear, and lifestyle essentials. If your item doesn’t meet your expectations, simply return it in its original condition with tags attached for a refund or exchange.
Important Notes:
- Final Sale Items: For hygiene reasons, swimwear (including ONE PIECE, MEN’S SWIM, and KIDS SWIMS) and intimates are final sale unless defective.
- Original Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in original packaging.
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.
Easy Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Email our Customer Comfort Team at [email protected] with the following information:
Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return
Securely package your item(s) with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package. Ship to:

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days after arrival):
- Refunds: Will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days
- Exchanges: Your new item will ship within 1-2 business days
Refund Details
Your refund will include the item price minus any original shipping costs. Refunds typically appear in your account within:
- Credit Cards: 3-5 business days after processing
- PayPal: Immediately after processing
Note: International returns may be subject to customs fees which are non-refundable.
Exchange Options
Prefer a different size or style? We offer exchanges for most items (excluding final sale products). Simply indicate your preference in your return request email. If the exchange item has a different price:
- You’ll be refunded the difference for lower-priced items
- You’ll need to pay the difference for higher-priced items
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
